More… By signing and submitting the "Inspection Request & Billing Authorization Form," you are giving Mountain View Fire and Rescue permission to bill the listed owner/ authorized agent for any inspection costs at a rate of $175 per hour for the specified location. A minimum of one hour will be charged, with additional time prorated to the nearest quarter hour. Inspections will only take place during standard office hours and must be agreed upon by both parties. The "Owner/ Authorized Agent" acknowledges and agrees to these terms, committing to pay for the inspection requested. Upon completion and signature of the form, a Fire Department representative will contact the provided email or phone number to schedule the inspection.
