Mark previously served as a state legislator representing much of the Mountain View Fire & Rescue District and spent considerable time engaging with residents throughout the community. That experience gave Mark a strong understanding of the district and the priorities of the people who live there.

As a homeowner within the district, Mark has firsthand experience with Mountain View Fire & Rescue and an appreciation for the role the district plays in community safety.
