Message from Chief Smith

MVFR header

Mountain View Fire and Rescue would like to reassure our community members during this difficult time. We do our best work in emergency situations. We have trained for this and are prepared to tackle emergency medical responses as they arise. We are here for you if you need us.

Your financial support for emergency services makes this possible, and for that, we are extremely grateful. We will continue to do the business of a fire district, in addition to responding to emergency calls.

To see information on how we have updated our Board of Commissioner meetings, please go to www.mvfire.org/149/Board-of-Commissioners and download our agenda for the virtual meeting link. Our meetings take place the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.

Life is changing as we know it, but we will get through this crisis and emerge stronger for it. In the meantime, please stay home and reach out using modern technology to communicate with us, friends and family.

Sincerely,

Fire Chief Greg Smith
